M. Emma Masse

Emma concentrates her practice on transactional real estate work with a particular emphasis and focus on shopping center and retail leasing and development. She has extensive experience representing clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing across a variety of asset classes including office, retail, hospitality, private client, and mixed use. Emma also has experience representing utility companies in the acquisition of renewable energy projects.

Emma earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where she served as the Senior Note and Comment Editor of the Missouri Law Review and graduated with honors as a member and inductee of the Order of the Barristers. She was also an avid regional and national-level competitor with the Board of Advocates where she competed in numerous Client Counseling, Moot Court, and Mock Trial competitions. Prior to joining Graybill, Lansche, & Vinzani, Emma worked for a large Am Law 100 firm.
