Kate H. Laffitte

Kate Laffitte focuses on commercial real estate transactions, representing lenders, property owners, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, financing, refinancing and leasing of commercial properties.

Kate graduated from Wofford College in 2010 and received her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2013. Following law school, Kate served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable J.C. Nicholson, Jr., of the South Carolina Circuit Court and for The Honorable Helen E. Burris of the United States Bankruptcy Court. Kate previously practiced commercial real estate at a large national law firm before joining Graybill, Lansche & Vinzani.
